Building a simple UDP loadtest

Goal:

• Send as many ping messages as possible in 10 seconds

Message Structure:

• Timestamp of send time
• Stream id
• Stream seq

Experiment structure:

• We run the sender for 10 seconds and record how many packets it has sent, once by the return value of sendmmsg, and ethtool -S enp3s0 | grep rx_packets before and after the send how many arrive on the receiving end with tcpdump
